The Client Experience
When you book with Lucky Wild Free, you aren’t just getting florals. You’re getting a full-service experience with communication and custom curated hand crafted designs for your event.
Our process for major event clients is as follows:
1. INQUIRE:
Inquire with Lucky Wild Free for your special event by filling out the form HERE. Please expect a customized floral estimate curated to your event by 7 business days.
2. REVIEW:
Set up a 15 minute phone call with me and review your estimate and mood board to discuss your design requests, style and what you envision on your day.
3. BOOK:
Book with LWF to secure your date, my undivided attention and service to design for your event. Deposits are non-refundable and secure my services for your date. Payment plans are available, time permitting.
4. PLAN:
Checking in and contacting me is easy via email. You will be contacted at least 3 months prior to your event date and touch base with you and go over all the floral details for your event. From there, a fully comprehensive floral plan is created for your event with selected florals based on your color palette and style. This serves as a visual representation as to what to expect on your day.
5. CREATE & DELIVER:
I get to create and design for your special event! When your day finally arrives, I have the honor of meeting you and your partner, I LOVE love!
