The Client Experience
When you book with Lucky Wild Free, you aren’t just getting florals thrown together. You’re getting a full-service experience with custom curated hand-crafted designs for your event.
Our process for major event clients is as follows:
1. INQUIRE:
Inquire with Lucky Wild Free for your special event by filling out the form HERE. I will get back to you quickly
to let you know of my availability for your date.
From there, I send you an additional in-depth questionnaire so that I may have a full understanding of your floral vision and expectations. We can do a phone call if you prefer too!
2. REVIEW:
Set up a 15 minute phone call with me and review your estimate and floral mood board to discuss your design requests, style and what you envision on your day.
3. BOOK:
Book with LWF to secure your date and my creative floral services to design for your event. Deposits are non-refundable and secure my availability and design services to you for your date. Payment plans are also available, time permitting!
4. PLAN:
Checking in and contacting me is easy via email! You will be contacted at least 3 months prior to your event date where I touch base with you and go over all the floral details of your event. From there, a fully comprehensive floral plan is created for your event with selected florals based on your color palette and style. This serves as a visual representation as to what to expect on your day.
5. CREATE & DELIVER:
I get to create and design for your special event! When your day finally arrives, I have the honor of meeting you and your partner, I LOVE love!
